Yoga Workshops

Myofascial Yoga Foundations is a self-paced, science-based course blending fascia release, functional movement, polyvagal and Hakomi-informed mindfulness, pain science, and the 8 limbs of yoga so you can move with ease, safety, and real-life freedom.
