Practice as a community at these free monthly myofascial yoga and meditation sessions

These mindful movement and meditation sessions take place once a month (via Zoom) and are free for all members of the myofascial yoga community. If you would like to join as a guest, you are most welcome! Suggested donation for guests is $10 or an internal promise to ‘pay it forward’ with a random act of kindness to a fellow human. The Donation button can be found at the bottom of this webpage. You will find a Zoom link at the bottom of each class description; you will need to register in advance to receive your login codes.

Get Notified of Upcoming Sessions

The free practice sessions take place once a month on the “teenth” Wednesday (a date between the 13th and 19th, like January 14 or February 18) of each month. Students in my current registered classes will receive a notification email the week before each practice session.

If you aren’t in one of my classes and would like to be notified of upcoming practice dates and times, join my Patreon on the free tier or a paid tier, and I’ll send you an email the week before as well as a reminder the morning of the practice.
